Vaccinate Region A supports COVID-19 vaccination efforts throughout 13 counties in western Missouri. These counties include Benton, Bates, Carroll, Cass, Clay, Henry, Jackson, Johnson, Lafayette, Pettis, Platte, Ray, and Saline.

Please note: Vaccinate Region A helps support mass vaccination sites throughout the region; however, the scheduling of dates and locations of mass vaccination sites is handled by the state of Missouri.

Volunteers help make COVID-19 vaccination efforts possible. If you’d like to support this work, there are several ways to get involved.

Who is Currently Eligible for Vaccination

Missouri is currently vaccinating residents and non-residents age 16 and up. The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for use in people aged 16 and older. The Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are authorized for use in people aged 18 and older.

What Vaccines are Available?

There are several COVID-19 vaccines authorized for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Pfizer

The Pfizer vaccine is given in a 2-dose series.

Moderna

The Moderna vaccine is given in a 2-dose series.

Johnson & Johnson

The Johnson and Johnson vaccine is administered in a single dose.

Please note: We are not able to predict which vaccine will be given at each site, as this can change from week to week. However, you will receive the same brand of vaccine for your first and second dose, if applicable.
